2. Membership

Membership to ADSYC is subject to approval by our membership committee. All members must:

5. Liability and Insurance

Members and guests use club facilities at their own risk. ADSYC is not liable for:

Personal injury or property damage
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Damage to vessels or equipment
Weather-related cancellations or delays

All vessel owners must maintain adequate insurance coverage.

6. Termination

ADSYC reserves the right to terminate membership for:

Non-payment of fees or dues
Violation of club rules
Conduct detrimental to the club
Breach of these terms

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi.
